The Role:

As a Google Ads Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and scaling ad campaigns to maximize lead generation, conversions, and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation and maximize return on investment.

  • Analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

  • Refine bidding strategies, keyword segmentation, and audience targeting for optimal efficiency.

  • Manage ad creatives and continuously A/B test for improved conversions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, client success) to align paid and organic marketing efforts.

  • Use project management tools like ClickUp to track tasks, execution, and reporting

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • At least four years of Google Ads experience (excluding e-commerce).

  • Proven track record of optimizing ad performance and maximizing return on investment.

  • Expertise in PPC bid strategies, Quality Score, and audience segmentation.

  • Experience with conversion tracking and attribution models.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down data and identify growth opportunities.

  • Fluent in English with excellent written communication and the ability to write compelling ad copy.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.

Bonus Experience:

  • Experience managing Local Service Ads.

  • Experience optimizing lead generation for service-based businesses.
